By using Chat Archaeology, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Chat Archaeology provides analysis tools for WhatsApp chat exports. The free tier provides basic statistics and visualizations. The Pro tier provides AI-powered analysis and detailed reports.
3. Free Analysis
Free analysis is performed entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers. Results are not saved and are lost when you close the browser.
4. Pro Analysis
Pro Analysis requires payment and uses AI services to analyze your chat. Your chat file is temporarily stored on our servers for analysis purposes. Reports are available for 7 days from purchase date, after which they are permanently deleted.
5. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are displayed in USD. Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are only available if the service fails to deliver the promised analysis. Contact support for refund requests.
6. Report Access
You are responsible for saving your Analysis ID (Ticket ID) provided after purchase. Lost IDs cannot be recovered, and we cannot provide access to reports without the valid ID. Reports expire after 7 days and cannot be recovered after deletion.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Chat Archaeology only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to analyze chats without the consent of all participants. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyze any chat you upload.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Chat Archaeology is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, reports, or analysis results. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
